Rafael Nadal became the 10th time Monte Carlo Masters Champion

Monte Carlo Masters’ 2017 season is quite exciting. World’s top three players Andy Murray of Britain, Novak Djokovic of Serbia and Stan Wawrinka of Switzerland could not even reach the final four. The final of the tournament was played between two Spanish players, in which legendary Rafael Nadal defeated compatriot Albert Ramos 6-1, 6-3 in an hour and 16 minutes match, defeating the record for the record 10th time this trophy was named after him.
The 4-time Grand Slam champion Nadal has become the first player of the Open Era to win a tournament ten times. Even at Barcelona and the French Open, Nadal has a chance to achieve this. He has won these two tournaments nine or nine times.
Nadal won this trophy 8 times in a row (from 2005 to 12). Rafael Nadal played the Monte Carlo Masters final for the 11th time. He lost to Djokovic in the 2013 finals. It was Nadal’s 67th match in Monte Calar, from which he won 63 and only four lost. Nadal won the title and won the 29th Masters, 50th ATP and career total of 70th title.
