Here is what happened in the July 24 episode of ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. The episode begins with Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Ashok (Sangram Singh) speaking to each other as Ishita asks Ashok to lay back with his wicked objectives as none of them will work. Aadi (Abhishek Verma) calls the lawyer of Mani (Sumeet Sachdev) and hands him over certain documents which Mani had given to Aadi telling the lawyer that he was no longer in need of the documents. Aadi specifies to the lawyer that no one should come to know anything about those documents.

The next scene opens with Bala (Pankaj Bhatia) speaking to Kiran (Amita Yadav). Bala then asks Kiran to find out the main reason to why Ashok actually moved to Bhalla house. Kiran promises to do the task and also says that IShita is not alone.
Ishita consoles Aalia (Krishna Mukherjee) that she will locate the person who murdered Mani. Ishita tries to console her and asks her what she and Mani liked doing together. Aalia says they loved to sing a song “Pal pal dilke paas tum rehti ho” together.
Pihu (Ruhanika Dhawan) asks Ashok to get off the chair as it was her favorite. He sits beside Raman(Karan Patel) and is taunted by him. Others tell him to eat but he refuses, Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) insists on him staying back but he says no. Ishita has a plan and fakes a scene that one of her friend’s husband was murdered and mentions that he used to sing “Pal pal dilke paas tum rehti ho” for his wife, however Shagun doesn’t have the slightest idea of what she was saying and is completely blank.
Terrified Ishita reveals her concern about Shagun’s lost memory which didn’t seem to show any improvement, to her husband Raman. Ashok eavesdrop on the couples conversation and laughs slyly.
